Return policy

What is our return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your MILY purchase. You have the right to return and/or exchange items. Also, if we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, we will make things right.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

1. Notify us by contacting us here. You must notify us within 14 calendar days from delivery. Only items in new condition (packaging that has not been opened) can be returned or exchanged.
2. Include a copy of the confirmation email from your order and note whether you want a return or, in the case of an exchange, the new item desired.
3. Mail your return to:

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

For defective products, the exact same applies. The notification must include a description of the defect.
